Terrex Roofing was established in response to the demand for reliable, knowledgeable and skilled tradesmen. Nate Hunnam, owner of Terrex Roofing, has been learning all aspects of the trade since 2001. His hands on approach see’s him oversee all aspects of each job. Nate will assess, measure, quote, oversee and perform the job from start to finish for a perfect result.

A sales rep has told me that "The tiles are porous and is holding too much weight for the roof trusses to bear" - Is this true?

No. Roof tiles have a low water absorption rate and are designed to resist water absorption. In Australia, most of the roof tiles are non-porous and have water absorption rate under 5%. This means that if a dry tile is fully immersed in water, it should not absorb more than 5% of its own weight in water.
